Finger Lickin' Good

Ok if you're of a nervous disposition, or simply don't want to hear about kids being gross, don't read on.

I went into Kaylee's bedroom this morning to effect her day release from cot-prison. She was licking her hand. I enquired as to whether she intended to EAT her hand. She said no, she was licking her fingers. And elaborated that she was in fact licking 'bai si' off her fingers. For those who don't speak Cantonese, bai si = boogers.

I said "No no! Don't eat bai si! Bai si yucky!"

So she proceeded to blow a long extended raspberry before saying, "I spit out! Bai si yucky!"

I may have to reconsider her genius status.
